Quote requests

When you request a quote we collect your name, phone, email (optional), city, the service you need, and any notes. We use this only to contact you about your request and provide service. We never sell it.

Website visits

We record which pages are visited, the referring site, device type, and an approximate city so we can see which pages and links help customers find us.

Facebook (Meta) Pixel

We use the Meta Pixel and Meta Conversions API to measure visits from Facebook and to show our ads to people who visited our site. Meta Platforms receives page views, phone-button taps, and the fact that a quote request was sent, along with your browser's IP address, browser type, and Meta cookies (_fbp, _fbc). When you send a quote request, we also send Meta your name, phone number, email, and city in hashed (scrambled) form, so Meta can match the request to a Facebook account without receiving the details in readable form. We never send your message or the service you asked about. Visitors from the EU, UK, and Switzerland are not tracked.
