Liquid termiticide barriers
A non-repellent liquid like Termidor HE is the gold standard for slab-on-grade San Antonio homes. We trench and treat the soil along the foundation, drill through patios and garage slabs where needed, and create a continuous chemical barrier termites can't detect — they pass through it, pick up the active ingredient, and carry it back to the colony.
In-ground bait stations
Sentricon-style baiting works well for properties with heavy landscaping, decorative rock, or fence lines that make trenching impractical. Stations go in every 10–15 feet around the structure. Termites find the bait, share it colony-wide, and the colony collapses over weeks to months. Bait is also the right call for repeat-pressure properties near greenbelts and creeks.
Spot and direct-wood treatments
For active galleries found inside the home — a hollow door frame, a damp bathroom wall — we'll do a borate or foam injection directly into the wood and infested wall cavity. Spot work alone isn't a long-term fix; it's paired with a perimeter barrier or bait system to eliminate the parent colony.
Pre-construction and new-build pre-treats
If you're building in Kyle, Buda, or any new Central Texas subdivision, a pre-pour soil treatment under the slab is the cheapest termite insurance you'll ever buy. It costs a fraction of post-construction treatment and gives you a clean barrier from day one.
